Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in their original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To start a return, please contact us at hello@thelioraedit.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Return instructions and the return address will be provided once your request is approved.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
When reaching out, please include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible. Once reviewed, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
The best way to receive a different item is to return your original purchase (once approved) and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
