Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During peak seasons or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly extended. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

Please note: Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship within the United States.

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout

  • Complimentary Shipping: Available on all U.S. orders $100 and over

Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier delays, or weather conditions.


International Shipping

International shipping is not available at this time.
We plan to offer international shipping in the future—please subscribe to our email list to be the first to know when it becomes available.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Liora is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to change the shipping address.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, Liora is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. However, we're always happy to assist you in locating your shipment or guiding you through the carrier's claim process whenever possible.
